Abstract Instructions

Who can submit?

We welcome contributions by Researchers, PhD students and Master students in the field of chemistry.

We invite you to submit an abstract for a talk (12 min), a flash talk (2 min) and/or a poster. A special session will also be organized for 5-minute talks as part of the Jean-Claude Braekman Prize.

Awards and prizes

• Jean-Claude Braekman prize: €500 | The Jean-Claude Braekman Prize is awarded annually by the SRC to a PhD student who has spent time in a foreign laboratory as part of a scientific collaboration. It is awarded for the best presentation on the subject: "The foreign lab with which I collaborated during my thesis. And why?"- Find all the information here...
• Prizes will also be awarded for best talk, best flash talk and best poster (personal use).

Submission guidelines

All abstracts should be submitted using this TEMPLATE.

The file name (word document) needs to be formatted as followed: 260529_NAME-First name-Talk/Flash/Braekman/Poster (remove unnecessary option)

Only abstracts submitted in .docx format will be accepted.

The abstracts can be either uploaded while filling in your registration or sent to us later by email.
